Board Room Radio - A Cool Service For All Mum And Dad Investors
By Sandy Naidu | May 21, 2008
I first heard of ‘board room radio’ on ABC Business program. It was an interview with the founder of the company. I was quite impressed with what they were offering and made a note to check it out.
What Do They Offer? Whenever a company releases any end of year figures or half year figures or comes out with any sort of announcements, they usually have a briefing with analysts and give them all the information they need. The information obtained in these briefings are quite valuable to analysts.
There are a lot of mum and dad investors who take a very keen interest in stock market and usually like to keep themselves up to date with the information available about the listed stocks. They can only access information from the media or in the stock analyst’s reports.
They have no direct access to companies - Well atleast until this new service came about.
Board Room Radio interviews the company about their latest announcement and uploads the interview on their website….You and I can go and access these interviews for free. It is in the companies interest to keep all their investors updated about whats happening. So they pay for the service. And for us its free….
Though it initially started out as a service for mum and dad investors, it is a valuable service to all media and analysts as well…They don’t have to worry about missing any company briefings any more…Its all their finger tips now - For free.
They also now have an ‘Entrepreneur Series’ - very interesting interviews like with Piercy Cordy of Macro Foods, Paul Cave of BridgeClimb etc….I haven’t listened to them yet…Can’t wait to make myself a hot cup of coffee and settle down in front of laptop, while the interviews are playing in the background.
Check out BoardRoomRadio…I think you will be impressed.
